Ambrosia

Fortune shined upon me last night.

Goat Cheese Souffle.

8-12 oz. of goat cheese, 5 eggs, mix in food processor. Add some herbs. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 425. Eat.

First, I get to lick the bowl with its raw egg and cheesie residue.

Second, when the people can not finish this absolutely wonderful dish, the remains are placed in my bowl. Cheesie eggie goodness that is better than an omelette or even quiche.
